We’ll start with a free chat so you can tell me what’s most important to you. We’ll discuss the obstacles you’re facing. And most importantly, we’ll pinpoint what you’ve tried in the past that just didn’t work. We’ll figure out a new way forward and take a step by step approach with measurable results. If something isn’t working, we’ll fix it.
Until social distancing restrictions ease, we can work together outdoors in the park or you can come to my home in Collingwood. I can offer you a secure, undercover parking space during your sessions and an hygienic environment to practice in.
I encourage you to commit to at least 5 sessions with me to really feel the benefits.
